The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first two interviews were virtual and focused on my background, experience, and how I would fit with the team and company culture. The final interview was held in person at the headquarters, which gave me the opportunity to meet more of the team, see the office environment, and get a better feel for the company. Throughout the process, communication was timely, expectations were clear, and everyone was welcoming and professional. The experience felt well organized and gave me confidence that the company values both its people and its hiring process.

Interview
They asked to reschedule my interview at the last minute, which I was happy to accommodate. The initial interview was fairly standard, covering my background and information about the company. After moving forward in the process, I was sent an open position and asked to source real candidates for the role. I found it concerning that applicants were expected to recruit actual talent for the company without compensation as part of the interview process.
It was a two stage half technical and half normal conversational interview. The technical challenge will help you understand the product better. The interviewers were very engaged and helped me understand the culture behind the company better.
