Interview
The interview process was certainly thorough! It began with a Microsoft Teams call, followed by a second interview with the departmental manager. After successfully completing those steps, I completed a written assessment and awaited the next stage. Ultimately, I progressed to the final in-person interview, where I received the decision. While the process took over a month, receiving the offer made it clear why such diligence was necessary—the culture is exceptional, and the team is truly outstanding.
The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first two interviews were virtual and focused on my background, experience, and how I would fit with the team and company culture. The final interview was held in person at the headquarters, which gave me the opportunity to meet more of the team, see the office environment, and get a better feel for the company. Throughout the process, communication was timely, expectations were clear, and everyone was welcoming and professional. The experience felt well organized and gave me confidence that the company values both its people and its hiring process.
