First step was the interview with hiring manager, next step - live coding, then I dropped off because of poor communication from the recruiter's side. Technical people are cool and very friendly, I didn't feel nervous with them and got a lot of information about the projects they work on. But HR side requires improvement. They can ignore your re-scheduling request or skip the call without prior notification.
