I applied online. I interviewed at Clinton Health Access Initiative (Freetown) in Jan 2021
Interview
Interviewed for the role in January 2021. 4 stage process. First one with HR/international recruiter. Recruiter was nice and warm, explained the whole process including salary and other benefits. 2nd step was a written test ,3 hrs long (case scenario and used to access your excel, word and PowerPoint skills). 3rd stage was with one of the line managers of the role and interview was more technical/ program specific.
In general, the HR communications are incredibly slow and required multiple follow-up emails. Great people once you speak with them, but based on what I've heard from others who have applied, you're much more likely to be ghosted than hear anything back (even a rejection) from their team.
