The interview process was smooth, friendly and transparent from start to finish. It felt like a conversation rather than a one-way exchange. The first interview was online, and the second one was in person.
I applied online. I interviewed at ClientEarth (Berlin) in Mar 2026
Interview
The first interview was with two members of the team I would report to. The experience felt more like an exam than a conversation, with questions read from a list and pasted into the chat, and very little interaction or follow-up. There was also no explanation of the role, responsibilities, or day-to-day tasks, which made it difficult to understand the position.
