I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ClickUp in Sep 2020
Interview
Filled out a simple form, then met with a recruiter, then was given a chance to do a product demo. Once I completed the product demo in front of a panel, I had several other tests and another round of questions.
You would need to prepare a project explaining their product features - you may not even have known anything about before the interview - that could potentially cost you several hours, yet you won't get the job.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ClickUp (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2021
Interview
The interview process was several steps/interviews long and included a mini-project, and active interaction with the ClickUp platform. It felt intense considering the pay scale of this role. That said, the interviewers were incredibly sharp and kind!
Very good. It was easy going and atypical for someone in that level. I had a good sense of the org and also what the responsibilities were and they aligned with my expectations.
