Interview
They refused to hire me without any valuable reason. My CV with my non-European surname was declined immediately and I sent them one with a Dutch surname which was immediately accepted and I was invited to the interview. In the 3rd round they figured out that I am originally not from Europe and immediately refused without any valid reasoning.

Both were professional. Failed the process as no strong background in martech which is a need for them.
