Interview
Three interviews were conducted: initial phone screen, phone call, and in-person. The initial phone calls were to verify qualifications. The in-person interview consisted of meeting the management, a writing sample, a case study, and a lunch with employees.

Interview
I completed 4 interviews, each of the interviews asking and testing out a different skill set. The interviewers took the time to accommodate my schedule and even came in on a weekend. They did a though job to make sure it was a good match for both parties. It is clear from the process that they truly view their employees as an investment.
