I went into this interview process prior to graduation with a BA in Finance and Economics.
The interview process had its ups and downs. It started off with a 30-minute phone interview with an HR representative. It was pretty basic. Mostly a get to know you interview. It also had some basic finance and math questions. Basically if you have the requisites for this position then the questions shouldn't be an issue.
The second interview was a Skype interview with 2 team leads for the division I was applying for and the same HR rep I originally interviewed with. This interview was all about my resume. They had provided me with some reading material including accounting fundamentals and a case study, but they barely covered this material in the interview.
The third interview was my least favorite. I was originally told that I would have another Skype interview with the Director of my division and one of the founders of the company. When I got onto the Skype call I was speaking with another team lead and the original HR rep. So that was a turn off to begin the interview. This team lead seemed a lot more condescending and was looking for ways to prove me wrong. About 10 minutes into the interview one of the founders of the company did show up, didn't bother introducing himself and asked questions that had nothing to do with the position. If I would answer any of his questions wrong, he would say "Well, that's wrong" and go onto the next question. After he was done questioning he got up and left, and the team lead took over where he left off.
So the first two interview were great, the third not so much. From other reviews it seems that they are trying to put you in a stressful situation, which was evident in the third interview. It is a turn-off to have such a negative interview, where the interviewers were borderline rude.
I recommend just knowing your resume and be able to talk to any point that is listed. Also be able to talk to any time you have solved a problem at work/school. They are really looking for self-starters that can solve problems.
