I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Clearly (Vancouver, BC) in Dec 2018
Interview
The recruiter took quite some time to get in touch with me. Though when I did speak with her she was very friendly. The hiring manager was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Was scheduled to speak with their VP to move on to next steps but I received another job offer.
the interview process was straight foward and provided good insight into the company. i just want to see company reviews but glassdoor is making me do a full write up.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Clearly (Vancouver, BC) in Jun 2019
Interview
I applied to Clearly online, and heard back within 2 days. The process was swift, efficient, and honestly the most streamlined experience I've ever had. The entire interview process took exactly one week. I had an initial phone interview with HR, then 2 in-person back to back group interviews, one with the People Partner and the hiring manager, and another with two team members that I'd be working with. It was great to see that everyone was very passionate about Clearly's mission (when you buy a pair of glasses, they give a pair to those in need). They ended the interview with a tour of their new downtown office, and they even gifted me a pair of blue light blocking glasses!
HUGE kudos to Clearly's HR team - job interview processes can be lengthy and tedious, but they did a great job at making that process better for candidates.
Thank you for your amazing review! We put in a lot of time and effort to make sure that interviewing with Clearly is an amazing experience for every single candidate! Speed is absolutely part of that and we're glad you enjoyed the tour of our new offices and the free pair of glasses!
