I had a really positive interview experience with Clearco. The recruiter I worked with was super friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and quickly setting up the next round of interviews. The engineering hiring manager was easy to talk to and asked thoughtful, relevant questions that made the conversation engaging. Even though I ended up accepting another offer, I really appreciated the interview process and culture, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Made it through multiple rounds and got a strong sense of a "bro" culture. After the third interview was told there was one more step to go before getting ghosted. It was one of the more unprofessional experiences I've experienced in my career.
