I interviewed for first round at ClearView. It was 45 minutes long, and included a FIT portion and a simple case. The FIT portion was very conversational and my interviewer was very friendly and bubbly. My case was cut short due to time constraints, but it included structuring the case, and market sizing.

Interview
relatively straightforward, both interviewers are very nice and helpful. Case interview first then behavioral. There are three behavioral "story type" questions, so be prepared to tell your stories! We finished the behavioral interview within 20 mins, so I also had plenty of time to ask questions. A good experience overall.
2 of the 4 interviews will be case-based, while the other are behavioral. The cases will be related to the healthcare industry. Will typically be a market opportunity assessment, first to size the patient population before assessing the overall sales when given the price of a novel drug.
