First-round phone interview
Last round 4 30 minutes interviews with later 2 with the partners
The interview is very life science basic. As the partners will discuss the disease details with you.
Other interviews are pretty standard with 5 minutes fit and 25 minutes case interviews.
The fit portion is less intense compared to other consulting firms interviews.

Interview
relatively straightforward, both interviewers are very nice and helpful. Case interview first then behavioral. There are three behavioral "story type" questions, so be prepared to tell your stories! We finished the behavioral interview within 20 mins, so I also had plenty of time to ask questions. A good experience overall.
2 of the 4 interviews will be case-based, while the other are behavioral. The cases will be related to the healthcare industry. Will typically be a market opportunity assessment, first to size the patient population before assessing the overall sales when given the price of a novel drug.

Relatively straightforward, early rounds were a behavioral and case interview (case was very biotech focused) and then final rounds were some meetings with leadership for both casing and a more open ended discussion
