Interview
The interview process was very fast and efficient:
1. Initial phone call interview
2. Interview with the team manager to speak about experience
3. In-person final interview with the team manager, director of the department and HR

Question 1
I was given a scenario to deal with a difficult client and how I would manage the situation.
A 30 minute video interview with Head of Risk. Legal team ultimately reports into this person. Questions were mainly competency-based. Personality fit questions not required at 1st stage of interview.
