Clay County HealthCare interview questions

Interviewed by a committee of four. Committee consisted of Directors, Administrative Assistants and other Supervisory Staff. Applicant is asked a series of questions which are considered by each committee member. Based on the information obtained form questions the committee rates the applicant on a scale of one to 5. Ratings are tallied and the applicant with the highest rate is offer the position.
