I had a skype interview because I was away at college. It started on the exact time scheduled. They were very inviting and welcoming. They really seemed like they wanted to know who you were as a person so they had a great understanding of who they are hiring to work on their team.

A conversational talk with Robert. No business attire required. all i need to do was to talk about myself and get to know the Classwish. He asked me questions based on my resume.
