Interview
Basic interview questions asked. Scenario situations concerning how one might deal with difficult behavior with clients. Tell about one of the most difficult clients worked with and how the client was dealt with. Best to have all of your certifications such as the caregiver.med tech (if you have the med tech)certification, CPR/First aid cards (all current) and online CPR/First aid certifications will not be accepted by most healthcare employers. You must also have your class on fingerprint clearance card and current TB results (within last six months).

None of the questions were difficult. I think the one that might require some thought is the question concerning the reason one chose to be a caregiver.
