The interview process was straightforward, with three different stages. The HireVue online interview, the first stage interview, and then potentially a super day on their site. The main focus was on the company, your interests etc

First stage was an assessment centre that consisted of group work. Shadowed throughout by co ordinators. The next stage consisted of interview with Clarkson employees. Informal chat beforehand then during interview specific questions about the shipping market and the industry in general
