Clarks Summit State Hospital interview questions

It was a very long scheduling process. Once I arrived I was given the job opening description to review for a few minutes. I was then brought into a conference room and introduced to the interviewees, a Doctor and the CEO. Then, I was given a sheet of the questions that will be asked an the interview proceeded.
