I attended a group interview at Clarks, where we took part in teamwork exercises and customer service role-plays. We worked together to solve retail scenarios, like helping a customer find the perfect pair of shoes. Throughout the session, the interviewers assessed our communication, teamwork, and ability to provide great customer service.

One thing they asked us during the group interview was to “sell me a shoe.” We had to pick a pair from the selection provided and confidently explain its features, benefits, and why it would be the perfect choice for a customer.
