Interview
Short simple interview followed by a training and test to get pesticide applicator license. This test is the hardest part but you only need a 70 percent and can attempt it more than once

Great! Very straight forward. Questions were good and there was a good understanding of job expectations. It seems like a good company to work for. I have nothing else to say.
