I was asked to interview over zoom. It lasted roughly 20-30 minutes and the interviewer was very down to earth. Also understanding if I did not have the answer right away / gave time to think about the answer. Reasonable time of course.

The interview process was a very long process but got to meet a lot of people throughout it. These people were also all different levels in the company. It was very conversational and just your basic behavioral questions

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Clark Construction Group in Sep 2025
Interview
Met a Clark representative at my university's career fair who was a project manager and not just a recruiter. Had a lengthy conversation which lead to a formal interview request on campus the next day. Interviewed with two recent alumni of my university who were previous interns before returning full time. Received an offer about a week later.
