Just one online interview with about 5 pre-recorded questions. The questions had about a 30 second grace period where you could read the question and start to think of a response which was nice. Didn't speak with a team member live until after I accepted the offer.

Met a Clark representative at my university's career fair who was a project manager and not just a recruiter. Had a lengthy conversation which lead to a formal interview request on campus the next day. Interviewed with two recent alumni of my university who were previous interns before returning full time. Received an offer about a week later.
