Applied online. Did phone interview less than 2 weeks later. Scheduled a face-to-face meeting during the phone interview for the next week. Interview took about 1 hour. First had me fill out an official application and do a written IT Test. Next, met with two other Techs whom asked questions. Then met with two owners whom asked the same questions. Pretty standard questions. Only pay 50% of health care benefit and no dental or vision.
