I was contacted via email from a Human Resources Representative asking me for a time that I could be available for about 30 minutes to speak with a director and a manager, two employees. The primary interviewer was rude and would not answer my question, told me to “hold it for another time”.

They asked me several questions, primarily related to a time when I may have had a troubling customer issue.

Interview
For a rather young company (11 years or so), I found the process surprisingly structured and organized. I'm used to young companies not being strong at organizing an interview process but my experience with Clarity was refreshing. The online application couldn't have been more straightforward. Once that was submitted I received a response within about a week and started the process. This was very smooth. We first did a phone interview to ensure I was the right fit. This consisted of several pointed questions. Upon answering the questions, we got deeper into the conversation where we both determined I should move to the next level. I was then invited for an in-person interview where I met with several key players who got deeper into the conversation and what I could bring to Clarity (and what Clarity can provide to me). That was late last week. I am looking forward to a response regarding next steps later this week.
