I completed three rounds of interviews. The first with a recruiter, the second was with the hiring manager, and the third was a mock training and panel questions. The interviews were structured and organized. However, they only gave one business day to prepare for a 25 minute presentation on a list of topics they provided. I spent hours on this presentation and was told I’d be contacted after the last interview. They had asked to see other trainings I’ve created, I sent in what I could give, and they completely ghosted me. I took PTO, spent hours on creating a great presentation, and provided training examples within 24 hours. I’m extremely disappointed in how they have managed their potential candidates. It’s been over two weeks and I have sent two email follow ups and a voicemail to the hiring manager and recruiting coordinator. If they treat candidates this way, how do they treat employees?
