Interview
The interview process was pretty annoying. I had to do 3 interviews. 1 with the assistant manager, then the store manager, then the district manager. It was a little annoying when it was a 30+ minute drive for me JUST for an interview. They then offered me the position, I accepted, made me drive out again JUST to sign ONE paper and tell me my orientation when my orientation was. I said that I was unavailable that day & the manager said she would call me when she looks at the schedule so they could reschedule me because they were busy at the moment & she couldn't do it right then and there. A week went by, no call. I called 5 times within the next 2 weeks asking for the manager & they kept saying "she was unavailable & would call me back" which never happened. On the 6th call she finally answered & told me they're not having any more orientations & id be the 1st they'd call if they were having another one. To me, this entire thing was very unprofessional & the communication on their part sucked. The interview was extremely easy, but the situation after left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Interview
Applied in store & turned in the application a week before Christmas. Upon returning the Manager at the store told me to come in the next day for an interview. Came the next day, arrived 5-10 minutes early & the interview was good just be yourself. She really liked me & put a star on my application & said I should receive a call within the week for a second interview. Due to Christmas I didn't get a call back until earlier this week for the second interview. I went 5 minutes early, was with the same manager that interviewed me the first time. Hired me on the spot for Third Key Holder even though I applied for the Sales Associate position. She gave me a New Hire packet to take home & return the next day, I also started my training that day. They're big on accessories so wear all the jewelry that you have.
