It was quite simple. They asked why I wanted to work for Claire’s and also asked what I think is good customer service. They also asked what previous roles I had and an example of good customer service I gave.
Easy, simple questions about availability and why I want to work there. Asked if I was comfortable piercing ears on children and also was asked about my experience in customer service. Finally, what would I do to improve the store and increase sales.

Had an online interview for this job from 16.00 to 16.30. When I joined, there was a long wait - the system said I had to wait for just under an hour, which was fine for me. l ended waiting for over THREE hours, and when I finally joined a meeting room, I waited for an extra 30 minutes, and no one showed up. Don't apply for Claire's unless you want to waste your whole evening
