Claddagh Irish Pubs interview questions

Asked the basic interview questions like availability, schoolings, interests and what kind of serving knowledge I should bring to the table. They described their training schedule and also the kind of benefits after so many days. I was brought in to a second interview with another manager and went over bascally what we did on the first interview. Im guesing they wanted to both interview to see what kind of fit I would be.

Face to Face on sight immediate interviews, never just accepting an application. Friendly and inviting conversation, doesn't feel like an interview for a job, more an interview to see if you fit in with a team.
