Very very unprofessional process -
- job description contained nothing close to actual job requirements
- "interview" I was called for turned into consultants test without any notice; it was professional test too, requiring specific set of knowledge and skills that were in no way implied in job description
- requirement to travel for business was not mentioned in the job description, it was only mentioned before the test
- after three of us passed the consultant test (from group of maximum 20 applicants), we were called to a very unpleasant group interview during which the interviewer assessed our math and deductive competencies
After the test the interviewer told me that I have a very interesting background and that they would like to work with me. I wasn't given any time frame for next steps and was directed to a marketing junior to "fill me in on the details", which she could't do, as she didn't have any information.
After two weeks of silence, I have called the office in order to learn about the outcome of the interview. I was assured that they would get back to me by the end of the next week.
Since then 3 weeks have gone by. In those 3 weeks I have found another interesting open position, applied, passed two interviews, got the job, and started working for another company.
All-in-all very unpleasant and shady vibe in office space and from employees.
