I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Civil Service Fast Stream (London, England) in Feb 2021
Interview
Online Assessments, Video Interview, Assessment Centre, Final Interview - Loads of different stages, waiting time in between is long but overall not too difficult of a process. Online assessments are mainly situational tests. Video Interview is based off the Civil Service behaviours. Assessment centre consists of a group exercise, a written exercise and a role play leadership exercise with an assessor. If you go over the guides they give and practice examples you'll do well. Final Interview was more talking about existing knowledge of project management and what government projects are going on etc.

The process was very thorough and long. However, this made you want it even more. At the assessment centre they go out of their way to make you feel prepared before the day and provide you with an extensive prep pack.
