I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CivicSolar (Boston, MA) in Sep 2018
Interview
I had an onsite interview. We discussed my resume and had typical first time interview questions about my interests. The interview was relaxed as it was not technical, but more of an overview of the work they do and how my experiences.
I applied online and about two weeks later I received a follow-up email for an initial phone interview. Three days after the initial phone interview I received another follow-up email for a second phone interview, which took place about two weeks later. The interviewers were very nice and it was easy to relax and have a conversation.
I applied through university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at CivicSolar in Apr 2015
Interview
I applied right out of college through my college's job board. I received an email right away and we organized a Skype interview for the next week. The interview was fine and the interviewer was friendly and explained the organization well. Make sure you know your stuff on solar panels.

Question 1
Can't remember exact questions but the interviewer asked but he asked a lot of specifics on the solar industry. No difficult questions but I was clearly under qualified.
