First phase is a brief phone interview (~20-30 min). The second phase includes three interviews which occur in a two hour window on-site: a 20 min behavioral interview, a 30 min case study, and a 45 min case panel interview. The last one is essentially a performance task that you work on solo and then present to a few of the interviewers
