Multi- level, testing first, callback for a "ride-along" with dispatchers and (silly) interview questions (describe your best strengths and weaknesses kind of stuff :( Final level is to interview with supervisors and HR together.

First there was a phone interview then In person interview. Phone interview was nice. Seemed friendly, was a good experience and enjoyed the time. The job just was not fit for me.
