You take a test then you take a physical ability test then interviews with the fighters and officers then with the fire chief then you talk with the city manager.

Interview

I had a few interviews with firefighters and officers and then one with the fire chief. Then one with the city manager. Once you get passed the ones in the fire station the one with the city manager he is going to hire you.
