I applied online. I interviewed at City Home (West Palm Beach, FL) in Oct 2014
Interview
Once I applied I recieved a call from a recruiter who worked in sales and made me feel not only comfortable but excited about the opportunity. I was able to ask questions about the culture, compensation, and growth opportunities. Afterwards was an assessment that took me about 20 min to complete. It was easy. They were questions about what you would do in certain situations. The results are never given to you. Then there is an online video interview that was great because I got to re-record one of my answers when I messed up -thank goodness! Must have a webcam. Then I was called for an in person interview with the hiring manager and she offered me on the spot! I accepted and now have a career in the home furnishings industry. The whole process took about 5 days from application to offer.
The interview process is formal. Also easy, they were very quick and considerate when it came to timing. General Manager was very friendly and the AI part was also easy.
