I received an email and was given a couple options for interview times, the interview was within a group setting where we had to collaborate with a team as well as answer private questions (not super personal; "why do you want to work for city beach?"

Interview
Got an email notifying me of the interview and date, went in and spoke to the manager somewhere quiet on the store floor. Got the news of whether I got the role that afternoon.
Typical standard questions asked during the interview process such as tell me about yourself, why city beach, scenario based questions and so on.... it should be relatively easy to answer.
