I had the pleasure of being interviewed by one Michael Fidrych. My forthcoming responsibilities in the on-boarding process, et al -- were communicated in a clear and genial manner. No words were not wasted as - by the time he had finished explaining the offer - the only question I could conceive of was "Could I please offer my present employer the benefit of a two week's notice?" To which he reassuringly agreed. While direct, there was no rigidity in his conduct. And, though warm in demeanor, there was nothing to indicate a lack of professionalism. Very polished individual. I would just as soon quit, if it meant going through that exchange, again. A very pleasant experience.

I interviewed with Mr. Derek Lemire & Mr. Derek Medeiros. The interview process was very smooth and informational. They both made me feel like I was apart of the team already. Some interviews can be very intimidating but this was not one of them, very informational and to the point of what is being looked for. Also, Mr. Michael Fidrych has been very helpful throughout the entire process after completing my interview, he had an answer for every question I asked and explained the entire process from start to finish. These guys are great.
