      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens (Framingham, MA) in May 2015

      Interview

Applied online, two phone interviews, online assessment, and in-person interview with hiring representative. Application online was easy after uploading resume: you picked your locations of choice and saved the questionnaire to your profile. Had the same phone interviewer both times and they asked general questions regarding my experience and some regarding how I would respond to certain scenarios. The online assessment was very straightforward and there was a personality-type questionnaire which was also very easy. The one on one interview was about an hour long and was about average in difficulty. The in person interview questions were also similar to what I had been asked previously. After initially applying I heard back within 4 days, and at the end of the process I had an offer by day 14.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Please describe your previous sales experience. Are you familiar with >banking product< and could you please role play a scenario with me? What made you choose this location/position/company? Tell me about your educational experience: are you in school/what are you studying/etc.

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Citizens (Everett, MA)

      Interview

To be hired as a banker, you need to show that you’re hungry for the position. Multiple languages help getting the job. But your attitude it what matters most. If you don’t shoe that you’re ready to grind long hours and take ownership for all the responsibilities that banking entails, you will definitely be turned down on the spot

      Interview

Easy application process, starts with an online test and phone interview. Recruiters work well to put you in a branch that is not to far from your location. Branch interview is usually with the manager, occasionally you may have a regional interview as well

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens (Novi, MI) in Dec 2017

      Interview

I applied online through indeed. Recruiter contacted me and conducted a phone interview. Pretty simple questions. Why the banking industry? How would you handle a difficult customer? After all the questions he really went into detail about the position. I met with the regional manager for the districts. He was a very nice guy and made the interview feel more like a conversation instead of an interview. After the weekend I went to meet with the branch manager for the bank I would be working. More in depth interview, she made it feel comfortable but asked a lot of questions to get to know me and more about my personality. Wasn’t really hard if you know how to interview well... now it’s been about a week and still waiting on a decision.
