Citicapital Commercial Corp interview questions

Surrounded by 5-7 people and mostly men. Some of them talk unprofessional with silly question that do not relate to the job at all. But some of them talk professionaly with best question.

After applying, I had to fill out two essay questions on my workday. Then a couple of months later I was contacted for the first round interviews, which consisted of one competency and one technical (30 min each). The final round was a month later and consisted of 3 interviews back to back, including a case study.
