I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Citadel in Jan 2024
Interview
Call the Recruiter asking about your general interest in finance and their firm.
The second call was conducted by a guy from their trading team. Assessed through case studies and some brainteaser questions, "Go short or go long given this scenario?"
