Very unprofessional. The recruiter scheduled a second level interview but didn't even had to decency to tell me it wont push through. What's funny is the recruiter asked for confirmation for my email address beforehand, but he actually sent out a different email from a different person. I even had to message the HR several times during the scheduled time, but he did not schedule anything. All I got was a lame excuse that I was going to be redirected to a new role, but was ghosted afterwards.
