Cintas Management Trainee Program interview questions

Met with the recruiter on campus, applied online and then got an email a week later to schedule an interview. I interviewed with a service manager and a previous management trainee. The interview was fine - I was asked a set (about 7) of "tell me about a time when..." questions. I went on a ride-along a week later with a senior SSR. This was followed by an interview with the GM.

Didn't make it to the end of the interview process but was able to go through the first two interviews. The first was with the HR Manager and the second was with the Sales Manager of the Cintas location I applied at. They asked your general interview questions with each interview session being over Microsoft Teams Meeting scheduled for 30 minutes in duration.
