4 Interviews: Recruiter, Hiring Manger, Dept Manager, Dept Head/VP. (1 phone, 2 Teams Video, 1 on-site)
A mix of technical and behavioral questions, was asked to provide examples for every answer.
IT interviewing process tends to have 4 separate interviews. HR, department hiring manager, technical interview, and then one with the department head. If you make it to the fourth it odds often more of a formality
