They have several steps to the interview and are very encouraging and give you a day they will follow up and then they never get back to you . They do not respond to phone messages or emails.

Interview
Online application, initial phone call to set up phone screen a day later. Multiple return visits to have in person interviews with approximately six different managers. The entire process takes about 4-6 weeks, so if you are looking for quick hire, Cintas is not for you. If you pass all of the rigmarole of the interview process, you will then be asked to provide the contact info for at least three professional references. Be sure to have the email addresses, because the reference check is done by a third party invitation to an online survey, and it is sent via email.
