I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cintas (Edmonton, AB) in Oct 2021
Interview
Extremely long, arduous interviewing process which can take months. Used for telemarketing, sales calls and in sales training. This is to test you against their culture. Multiple interviews starting with an internal recruiter then one of the location managers next would be a regional manager. Then a day at Cintas where you are expected to work at sales. This was not fully disclosed and came as a surprise.

Interview
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.

Interview
Was headhunted via LinkedIn, went very far into long interview process, then was rejected due to incomplete post-secondary, which they would have known before they headhunted me. Lack of organization and filtering through recruitment, however, fantastically structured company, lots of opportunity for hungry reps.
