Went through four rounds of interviews and was ghosted after the fourth. Started off talking to a recruiter, then had a few more interviews with other local team members. Was a pretty long and useless waste of my time.

the recruiter contacts you first through email and ask a couple situational questions and other basic interview questions and if you pass the first round then you will move forward to interview with multiple people.
