I interviewed at Cintas (Kansas City, MO) in Sep 2019
Interview
They have a long interview process thats can take a month or longer starting from the initial phone interview and ending with the final interview with the general manager. You have a phone interview then two more interviews with managers of the department you are applying with. Those are for sure, i think there may also be an interview with a supervisor as well. Then somewhere in there you have a ride along with one of the SSR's and finally a final interview with the GM.

Question 1
They ask a lot of past scenario questions.
"Name a time you had to deal with a stressful situation."
"Was there a time you felt you were wrongly fired?"
There are probably nearly ten questions like this.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cintas
Interview
Very thorough the interview process. The object of Cintas is to really screen potential employees and be able to make great judgments about the content and character of a person. Liked the overall energy and environment.
