Interview
I wanted to give some advice to anyone who is applying to Cintas, and interviewing.
You will have a brief phone interview, but afterwards it will be your first in-depth interview (virtual). I will say the interviewer was very kind, but... it is ALL BEHAVIORAL QUESTIONS. They will of course ask “tell me about yourself” - and word of advice (& tip I got from interview videos on YT), don’t tell them about your personal life, tell them about your career life. I think the second or 3rd question was what I did at my last job / previous jobs, but other than that - I felt the interview was nothing about the job and all about me trying to give stories and situations in the past for the behavioral questions. I felt this really sold myself short and affected my outcome, but it was a learning experience and I just wanted to give advice to whomever is looking into applying for a job there. I believe it is a decent company, but keep in mind it is a big company and the interview process will be long and a little excessive, for this company at least, which I feel is normal for big companies but just be prepared!!

BEHAVIORAL QUESTIONS!! Look them up, write out the questions and answers and practice them, without being to rehearsed during the interview. This is about all the interview will be!!
Each questions will have 3 parts. First your “describe” the a time/situation... then the “action” you took... and then the “outcome”.
Initial phone call from their HR Representative who will ask most of the questions and if they like your resume and what you say the person will send and invite and arrange a video call with AR Supervisor and Manager

Question 1
The video call was one way. I couldn’t see them, which made no sense and made it awkward. I was asked about 7 behavioral questions.ie greatest weakness, mistakes, work conflicts, coworker conflicts, etc.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview process was lengthy. I actually thought they ghosted me in the middle of the process when I hadn't heard from anyone in over 2 weeks. They asked the standard questions and some were repetitive. The interviews were long. I spoke with 4 people. 1 screening, lower level manager, mid level and upper level management. One of the interviews was scheduled without consulting me for a date and time.
the HR emailed and inform me that the interview will be virtual. and have everything ready, making sure you have high speed internet, and good audio sound. and be prepared before the interview
