The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2020
Interview
Great People/Poor Business Etiquette - I interviewed for an "Advance Management Trainee" Interviewers were insightful and represented the company well. However, each interviewer seemed to be on different pages. Completed 4 interviews where I received 3 different salary ranges which included bonus until the final interview when the compensation range was the lowest and was told there was no bonus as a trainee. I was also told they will not reimburse for travel after traveling over 8 hours and 500 miles at Cintas' request. I never received any feedback from Cintas and when reaching out directly was told to send all future communication through the outside recruiter.

Interview
Not the hardest interview, would recommend doing some research on the company prior. Have a list of accomplishments and goals with you, the interview can be short or long depending on the manager/HR rep.
process was long and not worth it. I would recommend taking a different career route. Lots of hours work and very early mornings to late nights. They mentioned working for more than 12 hours on some days
